Hello,

My name is Elisha Goldstein. I’ve spent the last 15 years immersing myself in the world of mindfulness, and have written numerous books and articles on the topic, created programs and workshops for adults and teens, and trained therapists, educators, and business executives on how to integrate mindfulness practice into their homes, work, and day-to-day lives.

In studying the research and the world’s wisdom traditions, and through my own extensive teaching, I’ve identified that there is an “x” factor that helps sustain positive brain change, allowing a much deeper integration of mindfulness training and practice so that it changes from a concept or fleeting experience to a way of being.

In A Course in Mindful Living, I have created what I plan to be the Gold Standard in Online Mindfulness Training. This unique mentorship program offers a step-by-step, progressive curriculum where you work on consistently integrating mindfulness practice into your daily life. You’re supported by me, a dedicated mentor, and an accountability group as you deepen the learning experience so that, by the time you complete the training, you’ll have developed a truly self-sustaining mindfulness practice.

In this 6-month program, with an emphasis on Play! you’ll go through 4 specific steps for each of the 6 themes to really integrate the material into your life in an enduring way.

I don’t know of any other online mindfulness training program that’s offering this level of mentorship and support, and I’m very excited to bring this to a global audience with the goal of helping as many people as possible.

The Installation Steps

There are 4 installation steps for each section of the course:

Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D. is co-founder of The Center for Mindful Living in West Los Angeles. He is a psychologist, speaker, and author of Uncovering Happiness: Overcoming Depression with Mindfulness and Self-Compassion and The Now Effect: How This Moment Can Change the Rest of Your Life. He’s also co-author of A Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Workbook, with a foreword by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and MBSR Every Day.

Elisha is the creator of the nationally recognized Mindfulness at Work® program delivered through eMindful.com, and the CALM (Connected Adolescents to Learning Mindfulness) program, with his wife Stefanie Goldstein, Ph.D.

It’s a well-known fact – when you have to check in with someone on an intention, you are far more likely to follow through with that intention!

As part of the trinity of support in A Course in Mindful Living you’ll have the option of joining an Accountability Pod. Pods will be small groups of people who live in a similar region of the world making it possible to connect at designated times, and perhaps even break out of the online world for an in-person meetup, if that is of interest.

Who Is This Course For?

This course is for anyone interested in creating or deepening a meditation practice - parents and grandparents, teachers, students, artists, business and/or medical professionals, retirees. 18.5 continuing education credits (12.5 CEs for Home Study and 6 CEs for Live Sessions) will be available for psychotherapists, social workers, and nurses.
